At Pinter, we stand by the quality of our brewing kits and ingredients; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for unused items and hardware. Due to the perishable nature of our Fresh Press brewing ingredients, these items can only be returned if they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Process

  Contact our Pinter Support Team with your order number and details of the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Ensure that the Pinter hardware or unused accessories are securely packed in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to Brewery HQ

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement within 5-7 business days.
